The next SRA Member meeting is on April 6 at Hot Stove Society 2000 4th Ave, Seattle, WA 98121 with a virtual link for those that cannot attend in person. The meeting will start at 10 a.m.

Our first presentation will be from Jennifer Danner and Joseph Elenbaas, Crime Prevention Coordinators at the Seattle Police Department to discuss best practices in protecting your business and de-escalation. As always, bring your questions and ideas to contribute to the discussion.

For our second presentation, Pui Shum and Douglas Dyer with Public Health Seattle King County (PHSKC) will give a presentation on the changes to the food code and the current educational period along with an overview of PHSK’s inspection process. They will also be available to answer member questions.

Additionally, we will have an update from the government affairs team on issues we have been tracking locally and regionally.
